OT5000 Rotating Laser Alignment Instrument - Workpiece Parallelism and Verticality Measuring Instrument Product Description:
OT5000 Rotating Laser Alignment Instrument - Workpiece Parallelism and Verticality Measuring Instrument is specially designed for multi-point circuits with up to 20 targets. The system is plug and play and compatible with all rotating lasers on the market. The OT-5000 is widely recognized worldwide as an ideal method for optimizing efficiency and reducing working hours. The entire OT-5000 system is packed in a suitcase, including: OT-5000 RLT rotating laser target (for detecting and displaying the position of rotating laser), OT-5000 DIM digital interface module (providing power for up to 20 OT-5000 RLTs), and cables. The OT-5000 RLT rotating laser target system, when used in conjunction with a rotating laser, is the most comprehensive method for measuring flatness, perpendicularity, and straightness, with a distance of up to 100 feet and an accuracy of up to 0.001 inches. Dynamically monitor the entire project. The OT-5000 RLT allows real-time monitoring of up to 20 target locations simultaneously through a laptop or desktop computer. The Beam Trak 5000 software can easily dynamically monitor work progress. In addition, Beam Trak software enables you to address, control, and customize each target from your computer.
Advantages of Rotating Laser:
Compared with manual alignment technology, rotary laser alignment technology has significant advantages, including:
1. Ultra precise. Eliminating the margin of error associated with subjective manual methods.
2. Real time feedback. Users can perform on-site alignment adjustments.
3. Faster measurement speed. Reduce working hours and improve project efficiency.
4. Larger measurement range. Perform measurements at a distance of up to 100 feet.
5. Simultaneously measuring. Multiple targets can be measured simultaneously.
6. Data analysis. Location data can be monitored, stored, and analyzed through computers.
Working principle of rotating laser alignment:
The principle of rotating laser collimation is simple. The rotating laser rotates at a speed of up to 1000 revolutions per minute, producing a three-dimensional light plane as a measurement reference. Rotating lasers can be installed vertically, horizontally, or anywhere in between. Next, the rotating laser target installed on the measuring tool can sense the laser position within a range of 0.001 inches after each laser scan. Multiple targets can be installed at different positions along the laser path.
Finally, data from the rotating laser target will be fed to the central processor, which displays real-time position information. When using multiple targets, data from all targets is typically fed into a laptop for simultaneous display, comparison, and analysis.
